My first real estate transaction was as a loan officer working with a self-employed buyer in Chapter 13 bankruptcy in rural Pennsylvania. Back then (1996), there were no Fico scores, or electronic signatures – just paper applications and fax machines. As a result of that transaction, I learned how much I loved (and developed a real passion for) working with homebuyers and homeowners and how never quitting could help someone realize their dreams.
I learned quickly that “every homebuyer and home seller situation is different which means they are like puzzles and all we have to do is figure out that one thing and the game was over”. Back then, I knew I would someday become a real estate agent.
I remained as a licensed mortgage loan officer until 2012. By that time I had established a real estate technology company called iFoundAgent. My company works with real estate agents to help them stay in touch with their past customers.

In 2019, I fulfilled a dream of mine and became an Arizona licensed real estate agent. I specialize in using my real estate technology to help buyers and homeowners primarily in Tempe and Chandler AZ. I started learning about real estate technology in 1999 when I bought my first website name. Shortly thereafter, I went to website school to learn how to build real estate websites. Since then through today, I have studied 1000’s of websites to learn the fine art of getting found in search engines. I also developed an aptitude for marketing, blogging, how to best market homes for sale, and how to find buyers online.
