Dave started his career in a family-owned mortgage broker company on January 2, 1998. Much in the mortgage and real estate industries and their respective laws have changed significantly. These changes have fueled Dave’s passion for helping people find sustainable, affordable financing options to match their budgets.
Dave has had the opportunity and privilege to work with thousands of buyers and homeowners over the years. He’s worked with first-time home buyers using grant money for down payment assistance to high end investors purchasing multiple investment properties. Across all of his personal loan business to his loan officers’ “there’s nothing better than seeing those keys get handed to a new home buyer and seeing the smiles on their faces, knowing I gave them my best. It’s why I get up in the morning.” Dave says.
As a seasoned loan officer and branch manager for LoanDepot, Dave deeply understands that being an open book and highly communicative is what it takes to ensure a smooth and successful mortgage and home-buying process. Because of these qualities, Jenn and I work with Dave to help our home-buying clients get financing.
Oh, and last but not least, Dave is an empty-nester family man married to his awesome and lovely wife, Maria. Together they raised two fabulous boys.
